Young Adult Ministry

Young Adult Ministry (Ages 18-24) at UUSP

Welcome to the Young Adult Ministry at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Saint Petersburg! This ministry is dedicated to supporting emergent young adults, ages 18-24, who are navigating the transition from adolescence to adulthood. This stage, defined by the Unitarian Universalist Association as "emergent adulthood," is a unique and dynamic period marked by exploration, self-discovery, and the establishment of one's identity and values.

We recognize that the needs of young adults are diverse and evolving. Our ministry is currently a work in progress, and we are excited to expand our offerings in the spring of 2025. As we build this community, we seek to create a space that is safe, inclusive, and loving—a place where young adults can connect, grow, and support one another.

Volunteer Support Needed:

To achieve our vision, we invite volunteers who are passionate about nurturing the spiritual and personal growth of young adults. We particularly welcome support in the following areas:

We are enthusiastic about the possibilities that lie ahead and look forward to the full launch of our expanded ministry in the spring of 2025. If you are interested in volunteering or if your organization aligns with our goals, please reach out to us. Together, we can make a positive impact on the lives of young adults in our community.
