Across the world, religious practices are interpreted in ways that are unique to each community and each individual. Rev. Ben’s recent trip to Nepal and India exposed him to religious practices in those countries – he will share stories along with Gigi Khalsa, a new member of UUSP who is Sikh. In place of hymns, UUSP’s Music Director Jon Arterton will lead us in Kirtan chants, a meditative call-and-response kind of chanting that is practiced all over India.
