Join Us for the Pride Parade on Saturday, June 25th

The Pride Parade returns for the 20th St Pete Pride Celebration and UUSP will be there.  UUSP and UUC are joining forces so that we can be a more visible parade contingent.  To make things better, we will have a pick-up and float providing seating for up to 18 individuals.  We know that the heat and parade distance has been a barrier to some and we hope this makes it more inclusive.  The parade will kick off from Vinoy Park at 4:30 and run along Beach Drive to Albert Whittard Park.  There will be plenty of cold drinks, fruit, and snacks to keep you nourished and hydrated.  The music will be playing and the contingent will be swaying.  If you have any questions please contact John Motter at john.motter@uustpete.org.  Make sure you RSVP if you will need a seat on the float.  Unused seats will allow people to take a little respite as needed.  Although optional, an RSVP as a walker would help us plan for drinks and snacks. We will know our place in the parade line-up later this week.
