Please join the Social Justice Committee for a viewing of the documentary Racially Charged: America’s Misdemeanor Problem. It will be shown on Wednesday, February 2nd at 7pm via Zoom. The film exposes how our country’s history of racial injustice evolved into an enormous abuse of criminal justice power. 13 million people a year—most of them poor and people of color—are abused by this system. This 35-minute documentary will be followed by a short discussion. It highlights why FAST is working to expand the county’s civil citation program.
