Job Posting: Part-Time Interfaith Instructor for Youth

The Unitarian Universalist Church of St. Petersburg is seeking a part-time instructor for our vibrant, socially-minded, meaning-seeking squad of youth (middle and high school age students). The instructor will lead Sunday morning classes using sessions from youth-oriented UU curricula, such as:

Popcorn Theology (http://shancarpublications.com/Popcorn_Theology.html)
Building Bridges (http://www.uua.org/re/tapestry/youth/bridges/)
Virtue Ethics (http://www.uua.org/re/tapestry/youth/virtueethics)

The successful applicant will be able to make a strong connection with youth; have excellent presentation skills and creativity; demonstrate an understanding of non-creedal religious instruction; and be able to draw from a variety of faith- and science-based traditions.

Pay rate is $50 per class. Schedule is three or four Sunday classes per month.
