Parking Lot Update

The delay in starting construction on our parking lot is due to the bank, not the City. WJA decided to switch from building apartments to condos, which changed the financing requirements. Their bank requires 10% deposits for 5 of the 10 units before construction can begin. They started marketing the units this week through a realtor. 

 

The two bedroom condo prices are in the $375-400K range with a 3% discount for buying through WJA directly instead of a realtor. We do not know when construction will begin, so parking will remain the same for now.
