MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR UUSP MEMBER TRISH BURCH’S HUSBAND JERRY January 26, 3:00pm in UUSP’s sanctuary.  All are welcome.

UUSP/LGBTQ PROGRAM INTERESTS:  As UUSP grows, we have the need and the resources to expand our programs to serve the spiritual growth – or, as Unitarian Thomas Jefferson put it, “the safety and happiness” - of all members of our diverse congregation.  Please join Pastor Jack, Sabine Von Aulock, Randy Nolan and others for an exploratory meeting about what programs or activities might be of particular value to LGBTQ members – Sunday, January 17, 12:00 noon in Conway lounge.  Community needs many hearts & minds.

CONSIDERING UU ST. PETE MEMBERSHIP, and/or curious about our tradition?  Please come to our Inquirers sessions on Sundays January 27 and February 3 after the service in UUSP’s Conway Middle Room to talk with our minister and church leaders, learn more, get questions answered, offer suggestions, and meet new folks.  Sign up at the Welcome Table or with Patti at pthanks1@gmail.com

ABOUT PARKING AT UUSP:  The Pinellas County Social Services parking lot (with 100 spaces on Mirror Lake Drive next to UUSP) is now open for public parking during all non-working hours including Saturday & Sunday all day and evening and Monday-Friday all evenings after 6pm.  (Even closer and available those same hours: the County parking lots at Mirror Lake Drive and Arlington Avenue.)

ABOUT THE UUSP LIBRARY READING ROOM:   Come take a look!
The Focus of our Reading Room is UUism, UUs, and UU sources. Our books are now being categorized under five areas: Unitarian Universalism, World Religions, Direct Experience, Prophetic People, and Humanism and Science.  We ask for contributions in these categories.  (You might want first to check what we already have.)

In an effort to maintain an organized system please place all donations in the book donation basket on the counter.  If you like, you may fill out a donation sticker and attach to the inside cover.

To check out books, please write the title of the book, your name and date checked out on the clipboard.  We ask that you return books to the return basket on the counter, preferably within two or so weeks.

Thank you, UUSP Librarian Sarah Craig
