Location: Sanctuary

Become informed before you vote. The erosion of local control of our schools and the FAST priority of restorative justice practices are two very important educational issues. They will be covered in the first in a series of programs to prepare us to knowledgeably vote in the general election in November.

Each event in the series will have a similar format:

  •     Provide fact based information via film, presentation, panel, fact sheets, etc.
  •     Facilitated Q & A
  •     Questions for candidates, and fact sheets
  •     Action steps

and will be 60 to 90 minutes in duration and are FREE and open to the public.

This series is co-sponsed by the UU Church of St Peterburg's Social Jusitce Committee and the League of Women Votes of the St Petersburg Area.
