SPRING CLEANING FOR THE SPIRIT: UUSP Spring Meditation Retreat

Location: Gilmour Hall

Three hours of quiet, with brief meditation introduction and instruction provided for each hour. 

Schedule*:                                                                                                                                                                        - First hour:  40 minutes of mindfulness sitting meditatioin, 20 minutes walking meditation;                                         - Second hour: 40 minutes of mindfulness sitting meditatioin, 20 minutes walking meditation;                                     - Third hour: 25 minutes eating meditation; 25 minutes contemplative meditation.

* You are free to follow this schedule or vary it with your own practice - perhaps sitting or strolling by Mirror Lake.
