UU St Pete members:

We need to hear your thoughts. The most recent offer from Wannemacher Jensen Architects is to purchase Parcel 1 of our parking lot for $240,000. Parcels 2 & 3 would remain the property of UUSP and would have 35 parking spaces, the same as now. The offer includes free paving, landscaping, environmental compliance, and lighting of parcels 2 & 3, which is UUSP property, valued at $180,000. The total value of the WJA offer is $240,000 plus $180,000, or $420,000. In return, WJA would have shared parking privileges for the 35 parking spaces during weekday work hours.

The latest offer from Wannemacher Jensen Architects requires that UU St. Pete respond by our recently updated voting date of September 10, 2017.

There are face-to-face roundtables and meetings underway for UU St. Pete member to participate in, but we have also created an online Discussion Forum in Google Groups. The information for joining the online group is below. Following it is a link to a Google Groups help sheet.
